On August 15, 2025, Rajendra Vidyalaya was filled with a vibrant sense of patriotism as we celebrated the 79th Independence Day. The campus was alive with the spirit of "Freedom in the Mind, Faith in the Words, Pride in our Souls."
The celebration commenced with the prestigious **flag hoisting ceremony**, a solemn and proud moment for all. The national flag was unfurled by our esteemed Chief Guest, Dr. S.K. Singh, Vice President and Head of Education, Bihar Association, alongside our respected Principal, Mrs. Anita Tiwari. Dr. Singh addressed the students and faculty, emphasizing the significance of our hard-won freedom and the sacrifices of our freedom fighters. He urged the students to embrace their patriotism and contribute positively to the nation's future.
Following the hoisting, students presented a magnificent cultural showcase. Junior and senior students alike performed heartfelt patriotic songs, while a variety of impressive dance presentations celebrated the themes of peace and national harmony.
The highlight of the event was the powerful speeches delivered by students Nikhil Pandey (in English) and Ritika Singh (in Hindi). Their words resonated with the audience, encouraging their peers to uphold discipline, pursue excellence in their studies, and show respect for one another - qualities they highlighted as essential for making India a great nation. The speeches also paid tribute to the extraordinary courage of our freedom fighters.
The youngest students stole the show with a touching patriotic parade that charmed everyone present.
The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks, leaving everyone with a deep sense of pride and gratitude for the freedom we enjoy. It was a day to remember, filled with unity and a shared hope for a stronger and more prosperous India.










The Pre-Independence Day celebration at Rajendra Vidyalaya's pre-primary section was a huge success. The day began with a prayer ceremony, setting the tone for a day filled with patriotism and joy. Our little leader from KG led the patriotic parade, inspiring everyone with their enthusiasm.
The toddler's dance performance was indeed thrilling, and it was wonderful to see all the children participating in the dance with such energy and excitement. The event was a great way to instill a sense of national pride and awareness about India's history in the young minds.

On August 8, 2025, the students and teachers of Rajendra Vidyalaya, Sakchi, celebrated the festive spirit of Raksha Bandhan with the brave soldiers at the Military Camp in Sonari. Students from standards II to VII had the unique opportunity to express their gratitude and affection for the army men.
Following a warm welcome and a brief security check, the students entered the lush and serene cantonment area, a natural haven that provided a peaceful backdrop for the day's events. They were then led to the seminar hall where the celebration took place.
In a touching ceremony, the students tied handmade rakhis on the wrists of the soldiers, a gesture symbolizing the sacred bond between brothers and sisters. The students also shared sweets, adding to the festive cheer.
The army personnel reciprocated this beautiful gesture by presenting chocolates to the students, leaving the children overwhelmed and joyful. The event was a true testament to the spirit of Raksha Bandhan, fostering a sense of community, respect, and mutual affection between the students and our nation's heroes. The students left with cherished memories, having experienced the genuine happiness of celebrating Raksha Bandhan in a truly special way.


Rajendra Vidyalaya, Sakchi, recently celebrated a vibrant showcase of student talent at its **Annual Exhibition, "MINDSCAPE,"** held on August 2, 2025. The event, which took place on the school premises, was a testament to the creativity, innovation, and academic excellence of students from classes 3 to 12.
The exhibition was inaugurated by a panel of distinguished guests: **Dr. Mainak Ghosh**, Chief Scientist, MTE Division CSIR-NML; **Mr. C.P.N. Singh**, General Secretary of the Bihar Association; and **Mr. Amaresh Sinha**, Secretary of the School Managing Committee for Rajendra Vidyalaya. They were joined by the school's leadership, including Principal **Mrs. Anita Tiwari**, Vice-Principal **Mrs. Kiran Sinha**, and Junior In-charge **Mrs. D. Vani**.

"MINDSCAPE" featured an impressive array of exhibits spanning various subjects, including Physics, Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, History, Geography, Commerce, English, Hindi, Art, and Craft. Students showcased their dedication and innovative thinking through projects that pushed the boundaries of traditional learning. From intricate **science models** to thought-provoking **social science displays**, the exhibits provided a promising glimpse into the future of innovation.
The guests of honor praised the students for their impressive work and engaged with them through a series of questions, which the young participants answered with both enthusiasm and deep knowledge.
The exhibition served as a valuable platform, allowing students to demonstrate their understanding of various subjects in an interactive and engaging way, seamlessly blending **theoretical knowledge with practical application**. It was a true celebration of young talent and hard work, leaving all in attendance inspired by the next generation of innovators.




On July 25, 2025, Prabhat Khabar honored the principals of esteemed Jamshedpur schools for their outstanding contributions to education.

What an exciting week it has been! While our students were busy winning accolades for our school, we at Rajendra Vidyalaya (RV) were thrilled to host the Prize Nite 2025. This grand event was a celebration of our students' outstanding achievements during the academic year 2024-25.
The two-day extravaganza was a resounding success! On Day 1, our Chief Guest, Mr. B N Choudhary, graciously distributed proficiency prizes to our meritorious students.
On Day 2, we honored students who excelled in board exams, ASICE competitions, and other competitive exams. Our Chief Guest, Prof. Dr. D K Singh, Vice Chancellor of Jharkhand University of Technology, Ranchi, was impressed by the students' remarkable achievements.
The cultural program was truly mesmerizing, captivating the audience with its energy and talent. What a wonderful way to recognize and celebrate our students' hard work and achievements!





A Thrilling Two-Day Sporting Extravaganza, 28.7.25 and 29.7.25
The CISCE Regional Kabaddi Tournament was hosted by Rajendra Vidyalaya with great enthusiasm and competitive spirit on the 28th and 29th July 2025. The two-day event brought together talented players from five zones—Jamshedpur, Bhagalpur, Ranchi, Deoghar, and Patna—creating an atmosphere charged with energy, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
The tournament was inaugurated in a grand opening ceremony on 28th July, 2025 attended by distinguished guests. The Chief Guest, Mr. B.N. Choudhary, President Bihar Association, he addressed the participants and encouraged them to uphold the true spirit of the game. The Guest of Honour, Ms. Priti Sinha, zonal sports coordinator CISCE Jamshedpur Zone and Principal, Gulmohar High School, graced the occasion with her inspiring words, highlighting the importance of sports in character-building and holistic development.

On 29th July, 2025, the Medal & certificates distribution was conducted & taken care by the General Secretary, Bihar Association Mr. CPN Singh and Principal Ma’am.
Over the course of the tournament, the playing fields witnessed intense matches marked by strategic moves, powerful raids, and remarkable teamwork. Each zone displayed outstanding skill and determination, keeping the audience engaged and cheering throughout..















We're thrilled to announce that Raunak, a student of Standard VI, has achieved remarkable success at the **CISCE Regional Table Tennis event** held in Katihar on July 25th and 26th!
Raunak showcased exceptional skill and determination, securing a **Gold medal** in the **U14 Boys Individual category**
His talent didn't stop there – as team captain, he also led his team to a resounding victory, clinching another **Gold medal** in the **Team events** after a thrilling final against Patna.

Jamshedpur, July 3, 2025: Rajendra Vidyalaya organized its Investiture Ceremony for the 2025-26 session today. The event saw students from Classes 11 and 12 being appointed as House Captains, Club Moderators, Presidents, and Vice-Presidents of various clubs.
After a rigorous interview process conducted by teachers, the selected students were entrusted with responsibilities. The respected Club Teacher Moderators handed over badges to the new office bearers.
The principal Mrs Anita Tiwari congratulated the student council team, wishing them success and advising them to work in a coordinated and harmonious environment. Emphasizing the importance of responsibility, the principal highlighted that it is a key factor in personal growth.
The ceremony was attended by esteemed faculty members, including Mrs. Kiran Sinha, vice principal, and the teacher moderators of various groups.
This event marked a significant milestone in the academic year, empowering students to take on leadership roles and develop essential skills.





Jamshedpur, June 30, 2025: Bihar Association organized a Blood Donation Camp at Rajendra Vidyalaya, Sakchi, to commemorate the death anniversary of its visionary leader, Late Kedar Nath Singh Sharma. The camp, held on June 30, 2025, was a tribute to his pioneering contributions to the establishment of Bihar Association's educational institutions.
Chief Guest Mr. Saryu Rai, MLA West Singhbhum, inaugurated the event, paying homage to Late Sharmaji by garlanding his portrait. Dignitaries, teachers, parents, staff, alumni, and students enthusiastically participated in the blood donation drive, collecting 130 units.
Principal Mrs. Anita Tiwari emphasized the significance of blood donation, stating that every unit donated will help save lives and contribute to the well-being of those in need.
The event showcased Bihar Association's commitment to social welfare, with its family members working tirelessly for the greater good.





The SPLASH 2025 Summer Camp, held from May 12th to 16th, 2025, was a huge success. Students from Std. 1 to 8 participated in various activities like music, dance, biochemistry, sports, and more. The camp promoted teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
The closing ceremony featured student performances, art displays, and certificate distribution. The event showcased the school's commitment to holistic development and nurturing young talents.

Rajendra Vidyalaya Conducts Fire Safety Awareness Program for Students – Rajendra Vidyalaya today organized a comprehensive fire safety awareness program for its students,
aiming to educate young minds on fire prevention, causes, and control measures. The program featured a live demonstration by the Fire Department officials from TATA STEEL,
showcasing firefighting techniques and the proper use of fire extinguishers. Students actively participated, gaining hands-on experience and valuable knowledge on the causes of fire and preventive measures,
fire control methods and techniques, and demonstration of fire extinguishers and their usage.
The program was conducted under the expert guidance of Trs. Swaroop Sen and Avinash Kr. Jaiswal, and the school extends its gratitude to the TATA STEEL Fire Department officials for their valuable
contribution. The program concluded with a vote of thanks, emphasizing the importance of fire safety awareness among students. Rajendra Vidyalaya remains committed to providing its students with holistic
education and essential life skills.

Rajendra Vidyalaya's first-ever entrepreneurship showdown – brought innovation, intellect, and imagination onto one stage. Designed and moderated by Shriman Kashyap and Aditya Krishna, under the mentorship of Mr. Swaroop Sen, this dynamic event pushed students beyond the classroom and into the world of negotiation, strategy, and startup vision.
From live deal-making in the Marketplace Round, to sharp-edged pitches and heated debates at the Roundtable, Ventures 1.0 was a celebration of student-driven enterprise and bold ideas. The event marks the beginning of a new legacy for ECRV – Entrepreneurship Club, Rajendra Vidyalaya.

Rajendra Vidyalaya celebrated Earth Day with great enthusiasm and excitement. Students showcased their creativity through various activities like group dance, skits, plantation, poster making, and slogan writing. Principal Mrs. Anita Tiwari emphasized the importance of environmental conservation, urging everyone to adopt the 3 R's - Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. She encouraged students to make every day an Earth Day by planting saplings and protecting the environment. The event concluded with a powerful message to keep our planet clean, reduce plastic use, and love Mother Nature, ending with the National Anthem.

On April 15, 2025, Rajendra Vidyalaya organized an educational field trip to MGM Medical College in Mango, Jamshedpur, for its class XII Biology students. Accompanied by Mrs. Kiran Sinha and Mrs. Madhvi Jha, the students explored various departments, including anatomy, physiology, and microbiology. They observed essential organs, preserved diseased organs, and diverse medical instruments, sparking their curiosity and enthusiasm.
The visit broadened their horizons, igniting a passion for science and inspiring them to pursue careers in biology and medicine. The students were impressed by the college's advanced infrastructure, including modern lecture halls and well-equipped laboratories. They appreciated the opportunities to manage medical cases and develop clinical skills at the affiliated hospital.
The experience was enriching, providing students with practical knowledge and details of biological applications. Mrs. Anita Tiwari, the Principal of Rajendra Vidyalaya, expressed her enthusiasm for immersive educational experiences. The students left the campus with a wealth of knowledge, inspired to pursue careers in medicine. The trip was an eye-opening experience, leaving a lasting impact on the young minds and motivating them to consider serious career opportunities in the field of medicine.




Rajendra Vidyalaya, Sakchi witnessed the commencement of the New Academic Year 2025 -26 with the Orientation Programme for the newly admitted tiny tots of LKG and the students from Std. UKG to Std. 10 and 12 respectively on 18th March 2025, Tuesday.
“A parent is a teacher at home and a teacher is a parent in school and the child is the centre of our universe”, with this thought in our mind, heart and soul the faculty and the school staff extended a warm welcome to the new members of the R.V family. This year the school was decorated vibrantly on the theme ‘National Education Policy ‘- NEP.
The Event began by garlanding the idol of Goddess Saraswati by the dignitaries of Rajendra Vidyalaya-A unit of Bihar Association. To make the programme more engaging, interesting, fun filled and activity based for the students, four corners in the form of canopies were put up, each with a different name, like - Squishy Sand and Chunky Blocks, Playful Palette, Giggly Grids and Little Learners Library. An eye catchy selfie and music corner were also set up for their thorough entertainment and enjoyment. They were also given a stationary kit by the teachers . The children visited every corner of the school. Lastly, they met the Principal of the school, Mrs. Anita Tiwari. She welcomed the children wholeheartedly and gave them toffees as a token of love.
The orientation session 2025-26 wouldn’t have been an outstanding and a memorable one without the support of the members of Bihar Association, President – Mr. B.N. Choudhary, Vice-President Dr. S.K. Singh, General Secretary- Mr. C.P.N. Singh, School Secretary cum Joint Secretary – Mr. Amresh Sinha , Principal – Mrs. Anita Tiwari , Vice Principal – Mrs. Piyali Mukherjee, Senior – In charge – Mrs. Kiran Sinha , Primary – In charge – Ms. D. Vani and all the teachers who directly or indirectly contributed their bit to make this event a grand success. On 28th March , the second phase of the day, the parents got the syllabus, and instructions to help them in smooth learning process of the children.

The ceremony commenced with the unfurling of the tricolor flag by Dr. S.K. Singh, amidst the singing of the National Anthem. This was followed by a spectacular march past by students of standards 9 and 11, demonstrating their discipline and national pride. The students then enthralled the audience with mesmerizing dance, music, and talks that echoed the spirit of nationalism, highlighting India's rich cultural heritage.
Dr. S.K. Singh delivered a motivational speech, emphasizing the importance of moral values, innovation, and technology in shaping the future generation. He encouraged students to become responsible citizens and contribute to the nation's growth. The celebration was a testament to the school's commitment to fostering patriotism, discipline, and national pride among its students.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Principal Mrs. Anita Tiwari, leaving a lasting impression on the students, teachers, and guests alike.






It is time of the year again when Rajendra Vidyalaya undergoes a magical transformation and becomes a magical Wonderland. With a myriad of activities, sumptuous and mouth-watering delectables to tickle taste buds, stimulating games and music, the school carnival is a package of full entertainment. Keeping with this spirit, the year 2025, began with the celebration of the 3rd Edition of an exuberant Winter Carnival on the 18th of January, on the premises of Rajendra Vidyalaya, Sakchi.
The Carnival was graced and inaugurated by the General Secretary, Bihar association, Mr. CPN Singh, Joint Secretary and School Secretary, Mr. Amresh Sinha and Principal, Rajendra Vidyalaya, Sakchi, Mrs. Anita Tiwari.
Effectively utilizing the school premises, the school put up an array of stalls. Ranging from game stalls- Balancing the cup, Memory challenge, Fun with music, Fix the face, Dartboard and Try your luck- to stalls serving diverse taste palettes. The plethora of experiences ensured that people from all age groups and milieu were engaged.
The School ground pulsated with scintillating music emanating from the music corner. A lively crowd swayed to the tunes of the music. Visitors visited different stalls and participated in almost every game with great zeal and zest. It was a vibrant, colourful day which witnessed the participation of parents, teachers and students alike.
Graced by the distinguished presence of the School Management, the Carnival culminated with much fanfare, gaiety and exuberance. The Carnival was a grand success, creating some magical and memorable moments with near and dear ones to cherish.
